Terms of Service

1. The service
VetReply is operated by DBTB Ltd and monitors Google Business Profiles for new reviews, generating AI-drafted replies. Depending on your plan, replies are either emailed to you ready to copy and post, or (once Google Business Profile API approval is granted) posted automatically for 4–5 star reviews, with 1–2 star reviews sent to you for approval before posting.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are available monthly at £97/month or annually at £875/year (equivalent to £73/month). Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of payment and renews automatically unless cancelled. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time via the customer portal linked in your welcome email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund. No refunds are available after 30 days.
4. AI-generated replies
Replies are generated by AI (Claude, by Anthropic) and are provided as drafts. VetReply makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or complete. You remain responsible for any reply posted to your Google Business Profile. VetReply is not liable for consequences arising from replies you choose to post.
5. Google API usage
VetReply uses the Google Business Profile API to read your reviews and, where approved, post replies on your behalf. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may disconnect VetReply from your Google account at any time via Google Account permissions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetReply's liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. VetReply is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of reputation, or loss of business arising from use of the service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use VetReply to generate or post replies that are false, misleading, or in breach of Google's policies. VetReply reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of these terms without refund.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of VetReply after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
